You can book a class through our website or through our app. If you have any problems, you can send us an email or a message to book a class.
-
Late Cancellation: A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time. After cancellation, your class credit will be returned to your account.
No-Show: If you have an Unlimited Membership, a $15 no-show fee will be charged. For all other memberships, your class credit will be forfeited, but you will not be charged an additional no-show fee.

For Mango Pilates, please wear Pilates grip socks.
For Mango Restore, classes are performed barefoot on yoga mats.
For all other classes, please wear comfortable athletic or cross-training shoes.
For every class, we recommend comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely.
-
More than 12 hours before class, open spots will be offered to members on the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.
Within 12 hours of the class start time, the waitlist will be cleared and no one will be automatically added to the class. This helps prevent you from being added at the last minute when you may no longer be able to attend and then being charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.
If a spot becomes available within the 12-hour window, you may manually book the class through our website or app.
-
Please arrive on time for class and allow enough time for traffic, parking, and class preparation.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class has started, the instructor may not allow you to join the class to avoid disrupting other members and the class in progress.
-
We offer several convenient ways to check in for class. You can check in using the iPad at the studio entrance, check in through the app when you are near the studio during the class check-in window (available to membership holders), or ask your instructor to help you check in.
-
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you have an emergency and are unable to attend your class, please send us an email. We’ll be happy to review the situation and may make an exception to our cancellation policy.
-
If you have any injuries or physical limitations, please let your instructor know before class. Your instructor can help modify exercises and suggest appropriate adjustments based on your needs.
-
Monthly memberships require a three-month minimum commitment. After the initial three-month period, you may cancel your membership at any time.
-
Your membership will automatically begin on the date of your first class after purchase, not on the date you purchase the membership.
-
If you need to freeze your membership, a $25 freeze fee will be charged for each month your membership is frozen.
-
We do not offer membership extensions, and unused class credits do not roll over to the following month. However, if an emergency or special circumstance prevents you from using your credits, please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to review your situation and see if an adjustment can be made.
-
You can cancel your membership through our website or by sending us an email. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
For example, if your membership renews on October 1, you may cancel anytime in September as long as your cancellation is submitted at least 7 days before October 1.
