Mango Fitness LLC, doing business as Mango Fitness ("Mango Fitness," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit www.mangofitness.studio, use our online booking or account features, purchase or book services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Mango Fitness.

Depending on how you interact with us, not every category of information described below will apply to you.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide. We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing information;

  • account and profile information used by our booking or studio-management platform;

  • membership, class-package, booking, attendance, purchase, and transaction history;

  • communications with us, including customer-service requests and feedback;

  • emergency-contact information, if requested; and

  • health or fitness information you voluntarily provide for safety or service purposes, such as injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, physical limitations, or requests for exercise modifications.

Payment information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Mango Fitness generally does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, billing details, or a token or partial card identifier.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical or usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, cookie or similar identifiers, and general location inferred from IP address.

Information from service providers. We may receive information from providers that help us operate the Site and business, including booking and studio-management platforms, payment processors, communications providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and similar vendors.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

  • provide and administer memberships, classes, packages, training, bookings, accounts, and customer support;

  • process payments and maintain transaction records;

  • send receipts, booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, account notices, and other transactional or operational communications;

  • send promotional email or SMS communications when you have consented or when otherwise permitted by law;

  • respond to health, safety, emergency, or exercise-modification information you choose to provide;

  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our services;

  • understand Site usage, measure marketing performance, and, where used, support advertising or remarketing;

  • detect and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other unlawful activity;

  • enforce our agreements and policies; and

  • comply with legal, accounting, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

3. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • service providers that support website hosting, booking, studio management, payment processing, communications, analytics, advertising, information technology, and other business operations;

  • professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and consultants;

  • government authorities, law enforcement, or other persons when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security;

  • a buyer, successor, lender, or other party involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction; or

  • another person or organization when you direct us to disclose the information or otherwise consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use analytics or advertising technologies that result in disclosure of identifiers or online activity to advertising partners, applicable law may treat some of those disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money changes hands. Where an applicable law gives you a right to opt out of that activity, we will honor that right as required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. HEALTH AND FITNESS INFORMATION

If you voluntarily provide information about an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, physical limitation, emergency contact, or similar health or fitness matter, we use that information only as reasonably necessary to administer services, respond to a requested modification, promote participant safety, respond to an emergency, maintain appropriate records, or comply with law. We may disclose it to instructors, staff, emergency responders, or service providers only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Mango Fitness does not sell health or fitness information for money and does not use health or fitness information for targeted advertising.

5. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGIES

The Site and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, measure marketing performance, and support advertising or remarketing if Mango Fitness uses those tools.

You can control many cookies through your browser or device settings and, if we provide a cookie-preference tool, through that tool. Disabling certain technologies may affect Site functionality. Third-party analytics or advertising providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

6. EMAIL AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS

We may send transactional or operational email and SMS communications relating to bookings, purchases, receipts, account activity, schedule changes, and services you request.

We may send promotional email or SMS messages when you have consented or when otherwise permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message and may opt out of promotional SMS by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications that are reasonably necessary to complete a transaction or administer an active account or booking.

7. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect security.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

You may update certain account information through the applicable account or booking platform. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. We will honor privacy rights to the extent required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions such as retaining information needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You may opt out of promotional communications as described above. You may also use browser, device, or available cookie controls to manage certain tracking technologies. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.

9. ADULT-ONLY SERVICES

The Site and Mango Fitness services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors in connection with Mango Fitness services. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the information as appropriate.

10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites, applications, booking platforms, payment services, or other digital services. Those third parties may collect information directly from you and their own privacy policies apply to their independent practices. This Privacy Policy applies to Mango Fitness's practices and to information we receive and control.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on the Site with an updated date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
